The house was constructed in February 2001, by one of the top Florida builders - Engle Homes, and is now available for rent.
When we purchased the villa, before any building had taken place, we modified the existing plans quite extensively, to give us a unique property, with more en-suite facilities than is normally available in a property of this size.
